Tip: Do you have a picture of something but have no idea how to describe it and want to find it online? Want to know if a professional photo you've taken is being used anywhere without your permission? Traveling and see a special building or monument and want to know what it's about? A plant or flower? No need to find the words to search, just use the image instead using Google Lens technology! 

How to use: On Google Image desktop (or in the Google app on mobile), click the camera button and search by uploading an image or pasting an image link (or taking a picture of something on mobile). In the Chrome browser on mobile (or desktop) you can also press and hold an image (or right click on desktop) and select "Search Google for this image" or "Search image with Google lens") 

Tip: Do you wish there was an easy way to gather all the photos of your pet into one album? All the photos of both your kids in a running album? Any photos of your family members on one side? Wish you could do current photos and photos you take in the future?

Create an auto uploading Photo album! 

How to use: In Photos create a new album. Click Select people and pets then choose who you'd like in the album (one or multiple!). New and existing photos of any of the persons or pets selected will be added to your album. You can also choose to be notified or not when a photo is added. 

Tip: Have you decided you'd like to extend the deadline for a group of collaborators to make comments in your Doc? Want to email everyone on a Doc to let them know of a change? No need to go into the Share settings to copy paste or find every individual collaborator. 

Just email them all at once! 

How to use: In a Doc go to File > Email > Email collaborators. From there you can choose to email editors, viewers, commenters, etc. 

Tip: Are you in a Spaces chat and need to navigate back to your email to check something? Do you have a Chat going and want to minimize it to see other chats? Miss the pop up windows ? 

How to use: In a Space or in a full screen chat, click on the minimize button to bring it to a pop up. Or hover over the person or Space to go straight to a popup when you open it!
